 Terms Applicable For Purchases

Generally

  1. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us for any reason. For example, we may reject your order if we know or suspect any fraud or bogus customer.
  2. NO RUSH ORDERS. Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 
  3. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.
  4. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail or a text message informing you of the tracking details.
  5. BUSINESS DAYS - Monday through Friday excluding HOLIDAYS and WEEKENDS


ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Tribe reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. The Tribe further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your order will be deemed accepted upon shipment of products or services that you have ordered. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Do not assume that a cancellation or change of an order you have placed with The Tribe has been effected until you receive a confirmation from The Tribe via email or text.


NO RESPONSIBILITY TO SELL MISLABELED PRODUCTS

We do our best to describe every item, product or service offered on this Site as accurately as possible. However, we are human, and therefore we do not warrant that specifications or pricing on the Site is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of any errors relating to the pricing or specifications of any item, product or service, The Tribe shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders at its sole discretion. 

 

PROVIDING TELEPHONE NUMBERS AND OTHER CONTACT INFORMATION

You verify that any contact information provided to The Tribe, including, but not limited to, your name, mailing address, email address, your residential or business telephone number, and/or your mobile telephone number, is true and accurate. You verify that you are the current subscriber or owner of any telephone number that you provide to us. Should you change any of your contact information, including telephone numbers, you agree to notify us before the change goes into effect by email at inquirythetribe@gmail.com or contact number 09971785401.



YOUR CONSENT TO RECEIVE AUTOMATED EMAILS/TEXTS

You acknowledge that by voluntarily providing your telephone number(s) to The Tribe, you expressly agree to receive emails or text messages from us related to our promotions, products, any transaction with us with The Tribe. These emails and text messages may include, for example, but not by way of limitation, promotional offers. Consent to receiving promotional automated emails/texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT

The delivery charge may change without prior notice depending on the charges applied by the courier. The process of shipping the orders will take up to 1-2 business days except for weekends and holidays. Due to the impact of covid-19, please expect shipping carrier delays of 1-3 business days. Our shipping is weight and dimension based - many of our products are large in size which means it is quite expensive to ship to our customers. Please take note that the shipping fee from and to the consignee's end should be shouldered by the consignee. 


HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We’ll keep you updated via email or text and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as it ships so you can check the status and see when it will arrive. If you need to make a change to your address, please contact customer service at inquirythetribe@gmail.com or 09971785401 before your order ships to make sure it arrives at the right place.  


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

I ENTERED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

Contact inquirythetribe@gmail.com or 09971785401. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, please note that shipping is non-refundable. Contact customer care for further assistance.  


THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT, WHAT DO I DO?

If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases, the carrier will need to update your address which will result in an upcharge. The Tribe is not responsible for paying this upcharge. To avoid the upcharge, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up. 


MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us at inquirythetribe@gmail.com or 09971785401 as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Our fulfilment centre processes orders quickly so we can't guarantee the cancellation, but we'll do our best. 


RETURN POLICY

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, one cannot return the goods nor ask for a refund or exchange once a sale is done and the product has no defect.

Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase. subject to all other terms and conditions in this policy.

1. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.

2. Giftcards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for in-store purchase) will be refunded to you using RCBC deposit once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.

If the defect is due to mishandling on the part of the buyer, one cannot return the item and demand an exchange or refund. The prohibition covers only factory defects. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THE SHIPPING FEE FROM AND TO THE CONSIGNEE'S END SHOULD BE SHOULDERED BY THE CONSIGNEE.
